Kauffman’s Korner

Kauffman’s Korner is a drug and alcohol free safe environment that supports Lawrence County’s recovering community by connecting individuals new to recovery with those who have experience in recovery.

It is staffed by Certified Recovery Support Specialists who provide assistance, support and encouragement to individuals in their recovery.  The Center promotes positive lifestyle changes and provides healthy activities and socialization.

Kauffman’s Korner is specifically for those individuals with at least ninety (90) consecutive days of abstinence and recovery.  Entrance to Kauffman’s Korner is limited to members, their guests (on designated evenings), and individuals actively participating in Recovery Support Services.  Members must be at least 18 years of age, be substance-free for a minimum of 90 days, and be dedicated to living a recovery lifestyle.  For those individuals who do not meet the 90 day criteria, a Participant Card can be obtained by simply meeting with a Recovery SUpport Specialist to help you meet your recovery goals!
